Europe
Europe is a continent located in the Northern and mostly Eastern Hemispheres. The definition of the European boundaries is largely traditional and some countries reside in both Europe and Asia. There are 50 sovereign states. The climate is largely temperate. Geographically, Europe has coastal basins, mountains, peninsulas, islands, plains and lowlands. Europe has the largest and wealthiest economy of the world, with a large variation of wealth. There are 87 distinct ‘peoples of Europe’ and a high population of immigrants. Language mostly falls within three groups: The Romance Languages (derived from Latin), The Germanic languages, and the Slavic languages. Christianity is the largest religion with a large Islam community and minor Jewish, Hindi, and Buddhist populations
